The 2017 Annual Energy Forecasting/EFG Meeting and ISO/RTO/TSO Summit
The 15th Annual Energy Forecasting/EFG Meeting and Training will be in Chicago on April 26-28 with optional one-day training workshops on April 25. Forecasters continue to tell Itron that there is no greater value than meeting with their peers. Itron understands the importance of these interactions. This meeting is an excellent forum to exchange ideas and hear about modeling concepts, data development, efficiency trends, and related issues from industry speakers. Your participation is invaluable to you and your peers. See the agenda, who has already registered and register today at http://www.cvent.com/d/pvqp6y/6X.
This year the ISO/RTO/TSO Forecasting Summit, will gather in San Antonio May 16-18. The Summit provides a forum that brings energy forecasters together to address the unique forecasting challenges faced by independent system operators around the world. During the past 10 years of meetings, the Summit discussions have ranged from sub-hourly forecasting models and techniques that support generation scheduling and dispatching, to long-term forecasting supporting capacity planning. Each year, there is special focus spent on emerging issues such as forecasting solar generation and constructing load forecast uncertainty. See the agenda, who has already registered and register today at http://www.cvent.com/d/6vqcwq/6X.
Don’t miss these opportunities to network with your peers and discuss real world issues and practical solutions. We look forward to seeing you at one of these meetings.
