Itron Appoints Michel Cadieux as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Michel Charles Cadieux — a Human Resources executive with global technology and manufacturing company experience — has been appointed Itron's senior vice president in charge of Human Resources. Cadieux assumes his role on February 17, 2014, and will be responsible for leading Itron's worldwide HR department. He joins a leadership team committed to Itron's growth as a world-leading technology and services company.

Cadieux is a strategically-minded human resources professional who has demonstrated his ability to develop close, collaborative relations with executive teams. Action-oriented and results-driven, Cadieux also demonstrates the expertise and desire to work closely and openly across the organization, and is committed to establishing best-in-class processes, developing and sustaining talent across the company, and contributing to the next phase of Itron's growth.
His previous role, at Freescale Semiconductor, began in 2008 when he was brought onboard to help the company build an HR infrastructure for growth. Prior to Freescale, he was a senior vice president at AMD and was responsible for the integration of ATI after its acquisition by AMD, which resulted in a company of over 17,000 employees and $7 billion in revenue.

Cadieux is replacing Jared Serff, who is pursuing other interests and opportunities outside of Itron.
